A former executive with a national mortgage wholesaler where he served for 15 years, he was responsible for its expansion into ten additional key markets throughout the United States and increasing production by over $20 Billion annually.
After leaving institutional lending, Mr. Tharp entered the private sector as an entrepreneur as a retail mortgage broker. He is located in Malibu & Del Mar, California, taking a concierge approach to its consumers.
Mr. Tharp is a former Board Member with the California Association of Mortgage Bankers (2005 – 2007); California Association of Mortgage Brokers serves with various charitable organizations and father of two.
Mr. Tharp specializes in loan origination of residential & commercial mortgages from $300,000 to $20,000,000 offering a wide range of competitive fixed rates, adjustable rates in conjunction with highly beneficial loan programs.
